Shanxi Taigang Engineering Technology Co. Ltd. Is the subsidiary company of Taiyuan Iron and Steel (Group) Co. Ltd. It grew out of Taigang Designing Institute, which was set up in December, 1977, and changed its name as Tai Yuan Iron and Steel (Group) Designing Institute (Co. Ltd.) in November, 2001 with enterprise reforming, is the only Class A metallurgical designing department in Shanxi Province .
